Kung Fu: Double Fan (Seong Sin)
The double fan form is not part of the standard curriculum, providing a unique opportunity to explore a distinctive weapon beyond the more well known weapons like the sword and pole. The fan was historically a concealed weapon. In its double form, it becomes highly effective against multiple opponents, enabling both attack and defense from multiple directions. Yin in nature, the form emphasizes the use of inside gates, precision targeting, fast footwork, and circular movements

Qigong: Short Pole Exercises
In Lohan Qigong, the short pole is used as a tool to enhance a student’s qigong practice. By holding the short pole, the left and right sides of the body are connected and move in unison. This supports the muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints and allows the various tissue in the body to not only stretch and relax but also to be strengthened through regular practise. Aside from the physical benefits, the short pole exercises help to maintain and enhance the balance and functioning of the Triple Burner (San Jiao), fostering overall health and wellbeing.
