This form is based on the Taai Gik (Tai Chi)/Leung Yi principle, combining circular movements in the wrist, palms and body. In the national seminar, we will go into sections of the form in greater detail, including how to harmonise and coordinate stance, posture, position, breathing and intention to express Taai Gik (Tai Chi)/Leung Yi when training the form.
