Timetable

  • 8.45am: School open for registration
  • 9.30am – 12.30pm: Morning session
  • 12.30pm – 2.30pm: Lunch break/free time
  • 2.30pm – 4.30pm: Afternoon session

Attendance notes

  • Teaching sessions will start strictly on time so we recommend you allow at least 30 minutes for registration.
  • Complimentary light refreshments will be provided and available throughout the day: tea, fresh fruit and healthy snacks.
  • Each attendee will receive a set of seminar notes.
  • Please make sure to switch phones to silent or off well before the start of each teaching section.
  • No photography or filming is permitted during the seminar.

 

What to bring

  • Your white Qigong uniform (silk or cotton), Qigong hoodie or otherwise comfortable white clothing (please no bright or dark colours as they will affect the atmosphere of the seminar).
  • Thick socks if you want to train without shoes. You can train with or without shoes, whatever you’re most comfortable with.
  • With the forecast being cold we’ll have heating but we recommend you also bring your own blanket to make yourself more comfortable.
  • A personal cushion if you have one, otherwise chairs/stools/basic padding will be provided.
  • A thermo flask or water bottle.
  • A pen for note taking. The seminar notes will have space for writing so you won’t need a notebook.
  • We’d appreciate if you can keep your bag size to a minimum, with the number of people coming we want to make sure all bags can be stowed safely.
