We will shortly begin an online video learning course that will include Chen Family CLF Kung Fu, Qi Gong and Traditional Chinese Medical Theory. The course will provide a tailored and systematic teaching of theory and practise via an online video lesson sent to you 2-4 times a month for a period of 1 year.
