Part I – Stick Exercise (第一部份. 棍法练习)
- 1. Exercise the vertebrae (第一 .脊椎)
- 2. Exercise the neck (第二.脖)
- 3. Exercise the hip (第三 式.髋)
- 4. Exercise the knee (第四式.膝)
- 5. Combine exercise of the whole body with breathing (第五式.呼吸结全身运动)
- 6. Massage with the stick (第六式.伎用棍按摩法)
Part II – Breathing Exercise (第二部份呼吸)
- 1. Natural breathing (自然呼吸)
- 2. Yang breathing (阳式呼吸)
- 3. Yin breathing (阴式呼吸)
- 4. Turtle breathing (龟式呼吸)
- 5. Explosive breathing (爆式呼吸)
- 6. Womb breathing (爆式呼吸)
- 7. Reversed breathing derived from the above (逆式呼吸法是随六种法而变)
Part III – Unicorn Hands (第三部份-麟手)
- 1. Circulating hands with the mind, breath and relaxed movements (运手)用意.呼吸.自然.放松
- 2. Push with hands by following the breath and by using forward push in straight lines. (推手) 随着呼吸, 使用直力向前缓推
- 3. Roll back and press with hands by following the breath and by using pull down in slow manner (拖按)随着呼吸, 使用下沉拖带缓力
- 4. Turn over and slice with hands, then rotate and push with palms (摊切)使用反掌推,转旋掌切 .
- 5. Check, deflect and counter with palm turn over, rotate and push (扣荡拂)使用反掌推,转旋掌切.
- 6. Stick and lock (粘.锁.)
- 7. Seal, adhere, wrestle and then take down (封.贴.摔.跌)
