The Lohan Qigong Teaching Curriculum (蔡李佛陈家嫡传少林罗汉气功教学课目)


Part I – Stick Exercise (第一部份. 棍法练习)

  1. 1. Exercise the vertebrae (第一 .脊椎)
  2. 2. Exercise the neck (第二.脖)
  3. 3. Exercise the hip (第三 式.髋)
  4. 4. Exercise the knee (第四式.膝)
  5. 5. Combine exercise of the whole body with breathing (第五式.呼吸结全身运动)
  6. 6. Massage with the stick (第六式.伎用棍按摩法)

Part II – Breathing Exercise (第二部份呼吸)

  1. 1. Natural breathing (自然呼吸)
  2. 2. Yang breathing (阳式呼吸)
  3. 3. Yin breathing (阴式呼吸)
  4. 4. Turtle breathing (龟式呼吸)
  5. 5. Explosive breathing (爆式呼吸)
  6. 6. Womb breathing (爆式呼吸)
  7. 7. Reversed breathing derived from the above (逆式呼吸法是随六种法而变)

Part III – Unicorn Hands (第三部份-麟手)

  1. 1. Circulating hands with the mind, breath and relaxed movements (运手)用意.呼吸.自然.放松
  2. 2. Push with hands by following the breath and by using forward push in straight lines. (推手) 随着呼吸, 使用直力向前缓推
  3. 3. Roll back and press with hands by following the breath and by using pull down in slow manner (拖按)随着呼吸, 使用下沉拖带缓力
  4. 4. Turn over and slice with hands, then rotate and push with palms (摊切)使用反掌推,转旋掌切 .
  5. 5. Check, deflect and counter with palm turn over, rotate and push (扣荡拂)使用反掌推,转旋掌切.
  6. 6. Stick and lock (粘.锁.)
  7. 7. Seal, adhere, wrestle and then take down (封.贴.摔.跌)

Part IV – Jarm Jong (Standing Postures) (第四部份站桩.阳式)

Yang Type Jong (Standing) 站桩.(阳式)

  1. 1. Yin/Yang Sun/Moon Jong (阴阳日月桩)
  2. 2. “Black Tiger Pushing MountaIn” Jong (黑虎推山桩)
  3. 3. Golden Leopard Jong (金豹桩)
  4. 4. “Golden Cock Standing on One Leg” Jong (金鸡独立桩)
  5. 5. The Five Animals (Ng Ying) Jong (五形桩)
  6. 6. “Lohan Sunning his Garment” Jong (罗汉晒架裟)

Yin Type Jong (Standing) (站桩阴式)

  1. 1. Mo Gik (Wuji) Jong (无极桩)
  2. 2. Tai Gik (Taiji) Jong (太极桩)
  3. 3. Yin/Yang Jong (阴阳桩)
  4. 4. Liang Yi Jong (两仪桩)
  5. 5. Ng Heng (Wuxing) Jong (五行桩)
  6. 6. Bak Gwa (Bagua) Jong (八卦桩)
  7. 7. Zen (Chan) Jong (禅桩)

Part V – Walking Exercise (第五部份 - 行功)

  1. 1. Stepping (步)

  5. 5. Reversed Walking (逆式行)

  4. 4. Trace the Mo Gik, Tai Gik and Liang Yi diagrams (运无极,太极,两仪图)

Part VIII – Qigong Sets (第八部份 - 套路课目)

  1. 1.Sup Ba Lohan Kung (Lohan 18 Hands) - 十八罗汉功.
  2. 2. Siu Lohan Kuen Kung - 小罗汉功.
  3. 3. Da Lohan Kuen Kung - 大罗汉功.
  4. 4. Tai Gik Kuen Kung - 太极拳功.
