QIGONG CLASS

About Lohan Qigong lohancentrewebsite1

Lohan Qigong is a traditional Chinese exercise which weaves together movements, breathing, self massage and meditation into a gentle art and is a complete system of health maintenance. Qigong washes, cleans and purifies your personal energy. It feels like taking a shower on the inside -- a shower of light. The practice of Qigong is like brushing your teeth or taking a shower. Since you wash your body every day, why not wash your energy?

It is available to anyone whatever their age or condition. The gentle flowing movements increase strength and flexibility, as well as improved balance and circulation. Lohan Qigong can be used to:

  • balance skeletal structure
  • calm the mind and increase circulation
  • strengthen muscles and tendons
  • activate meridian channels
  • regulate breathing
  • strengthen internal organs
  • Training Program

Lohan Qigong has Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced levels. Students must train for a minimum of 6 months before going up to the next level.

After passing through all levels, students are eligible to apply to attend the HSG Members training class, which are held on alternate Saturday afternoons in addition to regular classes.
