This is a complete short course teaching self defence, awareness, body fitness in a fun atmosphere to women of all ages. Weekly one hour classes teach effective traditional Chinese boxing and self defence techniques.

Courses are held over 6 weeks for 75 mins per lesson and are open to all women and girls 10 years and up. All equipment is provided and maximum numbers per class do apply to enable personal training for each of the group. Small group training sessions are also available upon request.
