WOMEN’S SELF-DEFENCE


This is a complete short course teaching self defence, awareness, body fitness in a fun atmosphere to women of all ages. Weekly one hour classes teach effective traditional Chinese boxing and self defence techniques.

  • The class is run by our female instructors and covers a curriculum including:

  • warm up and fitness
  • awareness stances
  • strikes and blocks
  • defending against attackers
  • defending against unwanted advances
  • the Chinese art of Kam Na (wristlocks & grappling)
  • mind power

  • Courses are held over 6 weeks for 75 mins per lesson and are open to all women and girls 10 years and up. All equipment is provided and maximum numbers per class do apply to enable personal training for each of the group. Small group training sessions are also available upon request.
