The Luohan Qigong system teaches a series of traditional Chinese holistic health and healing forms using simple breathing patterns and movements which exercise the body and relax the mind, circulating nutritive and protective energy through the bodies energy centre, its physical structure and respiratory, circulatory and neurological systems.

Revitalise your life energy by unlocking and activating your body's qi through 18 luohan, to clear your meridian channels to improve circulation of qi and blood to maintain and improve your Life Energy. This form comprises of Yin and Yang palms and 5 animals forms to restore balance of energy in the body and to guard the 3 treasures; Jing, Qi, Shen.

The 18 Luohan - Qigong Seminar will be held as a series over 3 sessions, comprising of both theory and practical components;

Session 1: Saturday 27th OCTOBER 2012,
*Session 2: Saturday 10th NOVEMBER 2012,
*Session 3: Saturday 24th NOVEMBER 2012.
Each session runs; 9am-12pm, 2pm-5pm. 6hrs per day – In TOTAL 18hrs

*Each session builds on prior content delivered, hence pre-requisites exist to attend later sessions.

Autumn Seminar: Lohan Qigong Basics with Master John Saw

Hello Qigong Brothers/ Sisters,

We invite you to come along and join in our Autumn Seminar held by Master John Saw at CLF Kungfu/ Qigong Headquarters. Master John Saw will introduce you to some of the Chen Family Lohan Qigong teachings, including theories and principles of Lohan Qigong and practical applications to enhance your qigong.

Who: All levels of experience welcome
When: 2pm to 6pm on Saturday, 26 March 2011
Where: CLF Headquarters, Level 2, 15 Goulburn Street, Sydney
Seminar Cost: Non-CLF Members - $175, *CLF Members - $150 (*CLF Instructors discount available)

Please be aware the seminar is dependent on a minimum number of attendees, so please advise your intentions:
- Reserve your place with a $30 deposit payable to CLF Headquarters by Friday, 19 March

Chinese New Year is almost here. As usual, the Sydney school will be holding its annual parade through Chinatown. If you are in Sydney, feel free to come by and get a sampling for Choy Lee Fut liondance and kung fu -- just show up in Chinatown and listen for the noise of the drum and firecrackers!

2010 Seminar Update

The Chan Family Choy Lee Fut International Association is happy to announce the 4th Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu and Lohan Qigong international seminar. The seminar will be held in Xinhui, Guangdong (near King Mui - the ancestral village of Chan Heung) Nov 29th to Dec 11th. The seminar will include people from over 12 countries on 5 continents and will be a great opportunity to learn from Sifu Chan Yong Fa as well as to meet Choy Lee Fut practitioners from all walks of life. The seminar is open to members of Chan Family affiliated schools, for more information please contact your instructor directly.

Chinese New Year 2010

During Chinese New Year, the Sydney Choy Lee Fut school will be holding a parade through the streets of Chinatown, Haymarket. The parade is on Saturday 20th February from 12pm to 4pm. Performances will include liondance, kung fu demonstrations, firecrackers and more -- so if you're in town just go to Chinatown and follow the noise!
